This month for our Creating with Heart Series is:
The Art of Filling Your Cup; Exploring what fills your cup through reflection and painting.
Do you know what fills your cup, or what drains it?
In this Creating with Heart workshop, we’ll explore the activities, relationships, environments, and everyday experiences that give us energy, bring us joy, and help us feel connected to ourselves. We’ll also notice the things that tend to leave us feeling depleted.
Through guided reflection, we’ll create our own list of what fills and drains our individual cups, then explore colors, words, images, and symbols that might represent what we discover.
