Each month, we gather to explore the intersection of mindfulness, emotional well-being, and creative expression through a unique themed experience. Together, we'll slow down, tune inward, and engage in guided meditation, self-reflection, and a hands-on creative practice designed to help you gain fresh perspective, process emotions, and reconnect with your innate creativity.
These gatherings are not about making perfect art, but rather they are about creating space for awareness, honoring your inner experience, and discovering how the creative process can become a catalyst for healing, insight, and personal transformation.
Whether you consider yourself artistic or not, you are welcome here.
