To reparent the part of you that’s ready to feel safe in your own body.
The Home Within is a somatic ritual circle that reconnects you with your emotional center.
Through breath, movement, and stillness, you’ll come back into relationship with the part of you that knows how to hold, soothe, and stay with what’s real.
We’ll work with crystal resonance, essential oils, and tuning fork frequencies to support nervous system regulation and emotional opening. You’ll move through intention setting, intuitive card pulls, breathwork, and nurturing somatic practices—closing in deep rest and sound integration.
This circle invites you to soften into your body, open to your own presence, and create safety from within.
