About the event
Root & Rise is an outdoor gathering created to help you reconnect to your body, regulate your energy, and bring emotional awareness into movement and breath.
Elaine, a Transformational and Embodiment Guide and Kayla, a Reiki Practitioner, Will Walk us through emotional landscape, energetic awareness and teachings and Body Integrations.
We will meet in the parking Lot on Kiekafer PKWY and move up to the hill and get settled in there.
We’ll begin by grounding with gentle breathwork to land in the present moment.
From there, we’ll pull a card to explore the chakra it connects to, using that as an access point to reflect on where we’re holding emotion and energy.
