Root & Rise is an outdoor gathering created to help you reconnect to your body, regulate your energy, and bring emotional awareness into movement and breath.
Elaine, a Transformational and Embodiment Guide and Kayla, a Reiki Practitioner, Will Walk us through emotional landscape, energetic awareness and teachings and Body Integrations.
This will be Held at Brown Road Farm in Fond du Lac, We will be gathering in the prairie area surrounded nature
Bring Bug Spray, sunscreen and blanket
We’ll begin by grounding with gentle breathwork to land in the present moment.
