Sacred Silence

We often run from solitude and are uncomfortable in silence. Throughout the evolution journey it is imperative that we learn how to just "BE". Hosting weekly Silent "events" which actually serves as a reminder and accountability for doing so. Every Week there will be a new theme to focus on.

About the event

🌿 Silent Sanctuary: These sessions offer a sanctuary of sacred silence, where you can learn to embrace and be at ease with moments of quietude in a world filled with constant noise and distraction. It's an opportunity to step into a supportive group while embarking on uncomfortable growth.

🔍 Self-Exploration: I guide you through introspective journeys with weekly themes and guided intentions. These powerful reflections help you uncover hidden truths, aspirations, and insights, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself and your life's path.  At the beginning of each "event" I will post what the intentions could be for that day, if you choose to participate.  At the end of the session, or at the time you are done with your sacred silence, we will post our insights and whatever came up fpr us

🤝 Accountability and Community: In the spirit of support and growth, our accountability group is here to encourage you on your silent voyage. Share your discoveries, challenges, and triumphs with a like-minded community that values the art of silence as a source of strength and wisdom.

🌟 Weekly Guided Intentions: Each week, I will be offering a framework for your silent exploration. These intentions are designed to ignite your inner light, provoke self-discovery, and inspire personal growth.

🕊️ No Pressure, Just Progress: You don't have to commit to the entire silent period. This event is about taking the first step towards comfort with silence, one session at a time. It's your journey, and you set the pace.
