If your body has been exhausted, and yet you can't seem to "unwind" this session guides you into a layered reset A guided process that moves through the body and the chakra system with precision and care. Tools that I Use: Crystal singing bowls Chakra-based crystal placements Hands-on Reiki energy alignment Guided visualization Nervous system regulation through breath We begin seated in conversation. You share what has been physically present in your body and what has been moving emotionally. Tension patterns, exhaustion, irritability, overextension, shutdown. Then you are guided to the table, placing crystals on body to set deeper intention and balancing, then I begin playing the crystal singing bowls and guide you to deeper relaxation. After the Sound portion is done, I begin with light touch Reiki, where I many place my hands directly on or over your body and help release and move tension stored in your body, energy field and and energetic field. Breathwork and somatic awareness is weaved through the whole session, guiding you into deeper restoration.
