Chakra Balancing and Restoration

Service Description

This is a 60-minute in-person recalibration session that works directly with restoring your body's felt sense of stability and centeredness and realigning your chakra system. If your body has been exhausted, and yet you can't seem to "unwind" this session guides you into a layered reset A guided process that moves through the body and the chakra system with precision and care. Tools that I Use: Crystal singing bowls Chakra-based crystal placements Hands-on Reiki energy alignment Guided visualization Nervous system regulation through breath We begin seated in conversation. You share what has been physically present in your body and what has been moving emotionally. Tension patterns, exhaustion, irritability, overextension, shutdown. From there, you’re guided to the table. Crystals are placed intentionally along the seven primary chakras. Hands-on Reiki is offered to move stagnant energy, this phase supports regulation, softening, and energetic circulation. After Reiki work is complete, I then use the crystal singing bowls to help integrate and soften the body into total rest and relaxation. Crystal singing bowls are played through each chakra while I guide you visually through each chakra, acknowledging what no longer serves your body and reinforcing the qualities you want more of. Rebalancing where we over give and Bringing in where we want to restore Breathwork is weaved through the whole session, guiding you into deeper restoration. We close with a checkin and processing- I guide you through simple self Reiki hand placements so you leave with a grounded practice to continue supporting your body.
