A short call to help you understand which offering is the best fit for where you are right now. This time is designed to give you clarity, answer questions, and help you explore what type of support will meet your needs. There is no pressure and no expectation. This is simply space for you to talk through what you’re experiencing and understand your next step. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Rescheduling & Session Policy All sessions require prepayment at the time of booking. This allows me to thoughtfully prepare the space and dedicate the time and energy your session deserves, while supporting you to arrive fully present without needing to think about payment during the experience. If you need to reschedule, you're welcome to move your appointment to another available time with at least 24 hours' notice. If you decide a session is no longer aligned, please reach out at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. I'm happy to discuss refund options in these situations. Once a session has taken place, it is non-refundable. Same-day cancellations are generally non-refundable, as your appointment time has been reserved specifically for you and preparation for your session has already begun. I also understand that life can be unpredictable. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out and share what is going on. While I cannot guarantee a refund, I am open to having a conversation and finding the most supportive path forward when possible. These offerings are experiential in nature and are designed to support self-reflection, personal insight, and inner exploration. Each session is unique, and the depth of the experience is shaped through your willingness to engage with the process.
