How is awakening to the Spiritual side of life, similar to recovering from an addiction?
No longer wanting to feel muted in our experiences, Denise and I dive into some of the curious notions of experiencing all of the feelings in life and what it is like to start embracing your own unique process. When we look and compare to other people's journeys we tend to think that we might be doing something “wrong” and in truth, we are learning that there is no wrong or right, just different perceptions and that questioning everything is encouraged, this is how you find what is in resonance for you.
